Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!

What a fantastic team! Tray and Mark were absolutely top-notch. Tray was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood the process and what to expect. His kind and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease.  They worked efficiently, and it was clear they took pride in their work. They were respectful of my property, leaving everything spotless once the job was done. I truly appreciated their honesty and transparency, which is so important when it comes to septic services.

The guys came out and determined the cause of my septic tank getting full too often. He took his time and explained everything in much detail. I appreciate his honesty and patience. In the end,  I paid a little less because he was honest and explained that he didn't need to replace a part because it was in good condition.  Any other person would've taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and just charge extra. This company will have all my business moving forward, and I absolutely will recommend it to anyone needing their services.

Wished I would’ve found BigDaddy sooner! They were completely transparent about all the work we needed done on our septic during the estimate. No hidden fees. Very informative of the work they were doing,  while doing their work. Answered all my questions confidently allowing me to feel comfortable about the job and price.

I cannot express how appreciative I am of Trace and Big Daddy's Septic Service. I called at 10 a.m. and he was here by 11 a.m. He explained how my system worked and lucky for me, the issue was just my GFCI outlet needing to be reset. He reset the outlet and monitored the draining to ensure there were no other issues. He did advise me that the builder installed a plastic pump and I may only get a couple more years out of it but he did not try to upsell me. He advised me when to get my second tank pumped. He charged me nothing for this visit. It is so hard to find a reputable company who does not try to take advantage of and upsell customers. Great spirit and great attitude. When it is time for routine maintenance and time to replace the pump they will be the company I call every time.

We’ve used Big Daddy’s Septic twice now and have had a great experience both times. Trace takes the time to explain the issue, how they can resolve it, and provides a clear breakdown of the cost. Yesterday, we reached out with another issue, and they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got the unit up and running enough to hold us over until the electrician can complete his portion. They’re very knowledgeable, efficient, reliable, and super friendly. Big Daddy Septic is the only company I’ll use for any septic issues. I can’t sing their praises enough! Highly recommend!

Mark was so nice and polite! He explained everything and even showed me pics and diagrams to help me understand what he was going to do. He left the yard as nice as he could considering how wet that area had been wet for quite a while. He was very upfront and honest about what he was charging, and what each charge was for. The price was very reasonable for the work that he did. I would recommend the company and Mark to anyone that would need the service.

We had our septic tank pumped and our main line replaced. The service was excellent and the gentleman that came out were both professional and informative helping us to make decisions that would benefit us now and in the future! Mark was our serviceman and he was delayed getting to us because of a blown tire. Trace from the office kept us updated about Mark’s situation, and he was worth the wait.
